On November 25 2009, at the annual shareholders meeting of
RecycleNet Corporation,
the shareholders approved a
1 for 10 reverse stock split
and voted to change the name of the Company to
Maydao Corporation.
The stock will now trade under the new symbol OTCBB:
MYDO
In addition to the reverse stock split and the name change
the shareholders approved the sale of its recycling operations,
James Roszel, son of the founder of the Company.
plans to continue to operate RecycleNet as a private company.
RecycleNet operates a unique trading system for secondary commodities.
We are not dealers, brokers or processors. We are the
trading system that generators, brokers, dealers, processors
and consumers use to buy/sell/trade recyclable materials
or used items.
